The probation period never ends at Unifun! It is not easy to get used to our challenging and dynamic work environment. We have many difficult tasks and our employees’ responsibility area is very wide. Don’t wait till someone pushes you, at Unifun you should push yourself and work as much as possible independently.

Our employees should always increase their knowledge, do their best to fully understand the technical and product part of the projects assigned. We do not criticize employees for lack of initial knowledge, we criticize or even fire employees, if employee does not try to learn.
If an employee has forgotten about the task assigned to him, it is the biggest fuckup. It is unacceptable in our company when an employee misses the tasks, the status of a project or sale. Our company works like a clock, where each part of the mechanism should work properly, so that final result is perfect.
The doors of Unifun’s management (including the CEO) are always open for the employees. If you have new ideas, proposals or want to share your personal issues – you are always welcome.
