Responsibilities
- Working with incoming CV of candidates;
- Finding the right job candidates using social networks and internet search;
- Writing recruiting cold and follow-up emails;
- Scheduling and organizing interviews with selected candidates;
- Managing the recruiting database;
- Preparing periodical recruiting activity reports and performance reviews
Requirements
- Experience as Recruiter is not required;
- Languages: Russian (advanced level), English (intermediate level);
- Computer literacy (Microsoft: Word, Excel);
- Experience of work in the HR department in an IT and/or large international company – is an advantage.

- Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- Orientation on research of additional information independently
- Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
- Ability to provide information clearly and shortly
- To be friendly and communicative

Salary expectations
- Salary level of an international IT company, revision each 6 months
- Based on professional experience – any salary level can be discussed
