This summer, their number expands by one with the launch of the Voice+ service.
Voice+ concept is to play interactive & targeted VAS advertising messages to Mobile Operator’s subscribers when called subscriber is busy, unavailable or out of coverage.
The service is a great way for Zet-Mobile to explore one more possibility of promoting services effectively – as oral advertising is better perceived and accepted.
Service is provided together with an easy-to-manage web interface, offering such functionalities as: message rotation, message priority, targeting. Thanks to the targeting feature, Zet-Mobile can adapt messages for each subscriber individually, depending on active services, balance, language, etc., to meet his needs and expectations. Combined with the possibility of prioritizing messages, it helps the client to hear firstly the most interesting to him offers, customized to his own taste and based on his experience on the network.
