The Wrong IVR platform has been designed and implemented to bring Telkom’s hottest offers closer to subscribers. Wrong IVR turns wrong dialed calls into unexpected possibilities! Through it, Operator can propose subscribers, who have misdialed a number, to listen and activate different promotions within the same call, by pressing the required button.
