Wrong IVR Advertising – a fresh approach on promoting Natcom services!

Unifun and Natcom Haiti are glad to announce the launch of Wrong IVR Advertising platform by joint efforts on October 1st, 2021.

From now, all huge traffic that comes from made calls to the wrong IVR short codes will be used efficiently in Natcom network. Instead of standard prompt that the called number does not exist, Natcom’s customers will listen to the most relevant and interesting promotions and will be able to activate them on the go, by pressing needed button.

At start, Wrong IVR Advertising will promote the RBT service, increasing service penetration in Natcom’s network, by raising its awareness among the entire subscriber base.  Step by step, many other offers will be added to the platform, to hit any of subscriber need.

In the future, we hope this platform will prove its usefulness and become a basic promoting tool for all Natcom Haiti services.
