Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Strategy: Developing long-term financial goals and strategies to ensure the company’s financial growth and stability
2. Budget Management: Overseeing the preparation of budgets, monitoring spending, and making adjustments as necessary
3. Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
4. Investment Management: Identifying and managing investment opportunities to maximize returns and minimize risks
5. Risk Management: Assessing and managing financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.
6. Compliance: Ensuring the organization’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and internal policies
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicating with stakeholders, including investors, board members, and executive teams, regarding financial performance and strategies

Requirements

1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
2. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling
3. Ability to work with a large amount of information, organize, plan work, draw conclusions and propose solutions
4. Proficiency in Russian is a must
5. Proficiency in English (B1) and Romanian (B1) will be an advantage

Salary expectations

1. Salary level of an international IT company, revision each 6 months
2. Based on professional experience – any salary level can be discussed
