Unifun Marks the End of 2025 with a Successful New Launch – MCA and NAM Now Live on Etisalat Afghanistan

On December 16, 2025, Etisalat Afghanistan officially launched the Missed Call Alert (MCA) and Notify About Me (NAM) services in collaboration with Unifun.

MCA (Missed Call Alert) automatically notifies Etisalat’s customers about missed calls when their phone is off, busy, or out of network coverage. The notification includes details such as the caller’s number, the time of the call, and the number of attempts, ensuring customers can easily identify and return important calls.
NAM (Notify About Me) keeps Etisalat callers informed by notifying them when the recipient is available to take a call, ensuring users can reconnect without delay.

One of the key advantages of MCA and NAM is that they are free of charge and available by default for each Etisalat customer. As a result, for Etisalat, the MCA and NAM services lead to a significant increase in voice revenue, while ensuring that each customer is satisfied with the high quality, free service.
