On April 4th, 2023, the Ringback Tone (RBT) platform was successfully launched with joined forces of Niger Telecoms and Unifun!

With the RBT platform, customers of Niger Telecoms can add a touch of personality to phone calls, thanks to the platform’s ability to offer a wide range of songs and sounds to replace the standard ringing tone that callers usually hear. The platform is available in three languages: French, Hausa, and Zarma, making it easy for all Niger Telecom’s users to enjoy the service. Both prepaid and postpaid subscribers can use this service.

To further ensure customer satisfaction, Niger Telecoms offers various subscription types, including daily, weekly, and monthly subscriptions, to suit different budgets and needs.

The RBT platform is easy to activate and manage, and customers can choose any of the listed channels, including IVR, USSD, and SMS, to set up their preferred ringback tone. Additionally, customers can change their ringback tone as often as they like, allowing them to keep their calling experience fresh and interesting.
