No worry about missing important calls – MCA and NAM available from now in Beeline network!

On July 10, 2023, Unifun and Beeline Uzbekistan joined forces to launch a platform aimed at resolving the common issue of missed calls faced by customers.

Often, subscribers find themselves in situations where they are unable to receive calls due to various reasons such as limited network availability or personal and business engagements. Recognizing the importance of staying connected in today’s fast-paced world, Unifun and Beeline introduced customer-friendly platform: The Missed Call Alert (MCA) and Notify About Me (NAM).

Missed Call Alert service, well known as MCA, provides the facility to get notified about the calls that are missed due to keeping the phone switched off, being out of network or busy.

Notify About Me or NAM, in its turn, allows to notify Customers about the Called Party availability for call whether it was out of coverage, switched off, busy.

With new platform Subscribers of Beeline stay connected effectively, even in challenging network situations, as important calls are never missed and that Callers are well-informed about the availability of their contacts.

Unifun believes that MCA and NAM will play a crucial role in enhancing effective communication in Beeline Uzbekistan’s telecommunications landscape.
