New promotional opportunities in A1 Belarus with Wrong IVR Advertising platform from Unifun

Wrong IVR Advertising gives A1 Belarus the opportunity to promote services in their network, in case when subscriber dialed an unassigned IVR shortcode.

From now on, instead of default announcement that the called number does not exist, the customer will hear a targeted and interactive advertising message, proposing him the most pertinent services depending on his experience on the network.

Due to interactivity option, subscriber can beneficiate of the offer immediately within the same call, by dialing the requested key.

The service is available for subscribers from 17th July 2021.
