Never Miss a Call Again: Unifun and A1 Slovenia together launched Voice Mail + MCA complex

On March 28th, 2023 Unifun launched a new Voice Mail + MCA service in A1 Slovenia network. This innovative service aims to address the problem of lost voice traffic due to reasons such as network coverage, busy lines, or unavailability.

With Voice Mail service A1 Slovenia’s Customers can leave voice messages for “unavailable for call” Subscribers, and at any opportunity, Subscribers, who missed the call can listen to the recorded message. Meantime MCA service sends SMS notifications with information about missed call, thus pushing Customers to make callbacks.

Voice Mail + MCA is available for any Customer of A1 at no costs, which makes service much more attractive.

Overall, this new service is a significant step forward in improving the voice communication between A1 Slovenia’s Customers.
