MCA Platform Available on MTN Liberia: Effective Solution to the Problem of Missed Calls

On 19 November 2023, Unifun and MTN successfully launched the MCA & NAM platform, offering an effective solution to the problem of missed calls experie-nced by customers in Liberia.

MCA platform is designed to notify MTN Subscribers by means of SMS about the events of missed calls. Additionally, the platform lets Subscribers know that people they tried to call, but unsuccessfully due to out of coverage/busy reasons are now available.

MCA & NAM platform from Unifun works free of charge for both prepaid and postpaid Customers. There is no need to follow the activation process, as service works by default on all MTN SIM cards.

This user-friendly approach aims to address missed call issues and optimize connectivity. The platform helps strengthen Customer loyalty and satisfaction, while also boosting voice traffic, highlighting its wide-ranging advantages.
