Unifun Launches Innovative Wrong IVR Advertising Platform in Collaboration with Togocel Togo
On July 11, 2023, Unifun successfully launched the Wrong IVR Advertising project in Togocel, Togo network.
Wrong IVR Advertising platform addresses the common issue of unused or unassigned IVR numbers which are often dialed by mistake by Customers. Instead of hearing a standard prompt indicating that the called number does not exist, Customers of Togocel will now be engaged with interactive VAS advertising messages tailored to their preferences and interests.
This new advertising channel offers a high response rate of 3-5% due to the option of interactive service activation during the call. In addition to the possibility of interactive activation, the high response rate is driven by diverse targeting. It means that the Wrong IVR Advertising platform can play audio-messages by balance, current active services of Subscriber, tariff plan, history of previously played messages, Subscriber location and other targeting criteria.
By delivering personalized and relevant advertising content based on diverse criteria, Wrong IVR significantly boosts the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
