Etisalat Afghanistan launches Unifun’s Wrong IVR Advertising
Wrong IVR Advertising is by far the most popular communication channel in Unifun’s portfolio. The proof is yet another launch, this time in the Etisalat Afghanistan network.
As of 12 May, the service is available by default to all subscribers of this operator.
Wrong IVR Advertising is a communication product, intended to play Etisalat subscribers selected offers. It means that instead of the announcement that the subscriber has dialled a wrong number, he will also hear a customized promotion. To avoid annoying customers with useless proposals, the platform uses various targeting criteria.
