We are excited to announce the launch of the Voice Mail & Missed Call Alert (MCA) platform in partnership with Touch Lebanon. As of June 21, 2023, Touch Lebanon Customers can fully benefit from this new platform.

The Voice Mail & Missed Call Alert (MCA) aims to monetize unsuccessful calls when the called Subscriber is unavailable or not responding.

Voice Mail service is a feature that enables the calling party to leave a voice message for the called party in case of unreachability. This feature ensures that important messages can be conveyed even when direct communication is not possible. The called party can then listen to the recorded message at a more convenient time.

Missed Call Alert (MCA) is another service that goes in complex with Voice Mail sends an SMS notification to the called party when a call is missed. This notification contains information about the date and time of the last call, as well as the MSISDN of the calling party. The purpose of the MCA SMS is to inform the called party about the missed call and provide him with the necessary details to return the call or take any required action based on the received information.
