Voice Mail allows Beeline Tajikistan subscribers not to miss important calls in different situations (phone hardware failure, a phone is switched off, a subscriber is out of the network coverage area, no answer etc.).
The Voice Mail service is based on forwarding of voice calls to the service platform. The calling subscriber can record a voice message for the called subscriber to listen to it later. To achieve this functionality, the Voice Mail platform sends an SMS to the called subscriber with information about the missed call and information about the voice messages left in his voice mailbox.
We believe that after installation of the Voice Mail platform, Beeline Tajikistan will significantly increase its income from on-net and off-net voice traffic improving its customer experience at the same time with an additional communication channel.
