Be aware of every call with Voice Mail System

Do you know what it’s like on super-busy days, when you have to do shopping, prepare gifts, rush across town, when your phone is out of battery and it’s only in the evening that you realize you’ve missed important calls?

Well, so do we.)) And together with A1 Bulgaria we decided to make life easier for its subscribers by launching the Voice Mail System.

VMS includes several services, designed to handle calls, thus helping to follow your busy day and not miss anything relevant.

Now, A1 client can leave a voice message when his interlocutor is busy, not responding or out of coverage. About the new voice message subscriber is informed by SMS notification from the platform, containing the calling subscriber number, and date and time of leaving it in the voice mailbox.

If no voice message was left, subscriber will get MCA notification on missed call.

Thanks to NAM (Notify About Me) option the caller will be informed via notification that the called party appeared in the network coverage area and is available for a call.

Thus, from now on A1 subscribers don’t need to worry on missing important calls being busy or out of network coverage.
