Balance+ launched for the first time in a Virtual MNO – O Mobile Tajikistan

A new and unique collaboration started on 11 March 2022 between Unifun and O Mobile Tajikistan. This is the first time our company is launching its services in the network of a Virtual Mobile Operator.

To kick off, it was chosen Balance+, one of our top services. Balance+ is a communication platform between the operator and its subscribers, which allows inserting a promotional text in the USSD balance check reply. It enables the operator to show its subscribers not only the remaining amount in their account, but also some personalized and targeted service offers.

The information is displayed directly under the account balance and the promoted service can be activated interactively, i.e. by simply pressing the required button. This means that subscribers can benefit from the services they are interested in simply and quickly, without having to remember short numbers or activation commands.

In this age of speed and accessibility, this makes Balance+ an up-to-date, modern and efficient tool for working with customers.
