Spring Ends with a New Launch: Zamtel Zambia and Unifun Introduce Balance+

As spring draws to a close, we’re excited to announce the launch of a new project in partnership with Zamtel Zambia – the interactive promo channel Balance+, one of Unifun’s top-performing products.

Starting from May 13, 2025, Zamtel customers can receive targeted and interactive advertising campaigns when checking their balance via the short code *114#.

The key advantage of this service lies in the simple and instant activation of offers directly during the balance check through an interactive USSD menu. Subscribers just follow the on-screen instructions – it’s fast, easy, and effective.

What’s more, each campaign is personalized based on the subscriber’s interests and current balance – boosting product activation rates by up to 2%!
