Interactive Advertising with Balance+ Now Available in Moov Africa Chad

On 6 December 2023, Unifun successfully launched Balance+ service in Moov Africa, Chad.

With the introduction of Unifun’s Balance+ service, Moov Subscribers can now receive targeted and interactive promotional offers when checking their balance using the short codes *100# and *128#.  Balance+ allows Moov’s Subscribers to easily access a wide range of personalized promotional offers, including Voice, Data, Entertainment services, Credit, and more.

Each advertisement is targeted to the individual subscriber, taking into account factors such as balance, active services, bonuses, and other relevant criteria.

The activation process in Balance+ is simple and user-friendly. If a subscriber wishes to have subscription to a promoted service, they need to press the specified digit, following clear instructions in the service USSD menu.
