Responsibilities
- Finding the right job candidates using social networks and internet search
- Writing recruiting cold and follow-up emails
- Scheduling and organizing interviews with selected candidates
- Managing the recruiting database
- Optimization of processes and sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Preparing periodical recruiting activity reports and performance reviews
Requirements
- Experience in Human Resources will be an advantage;
- Ability to use PC, MS Office (Word, Excel, Google documents);
- Ability to work with a large amount of information, organize and plan work.
- Proficiency in Russian is a must;
- Proficiency in English (B1) will be an advantage.

- Maximum attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Orientation on research of additional information independently
- Ability to organize workload taking full responsibility for what you do
- Ability to provide information clearly and shortly
- To be friendly and communicative

Salary expectations
- Salary level of an international IT company, revision each 6 months
- Based on professional experience – any salary level can be discussed
