What does an IT Product Manager do?

1. IT Product Manager is responsible for the development, improvement and implementation of Unifun services in mobile operators:

1. Assigns and controls the execution of project members’ tasks (Software Developer, System Administrator, Content Manager);
2. Daily interacts with employees of mobile operators (email, Skype, Viber, WhatsApp, etc.);
3. Develops and coordinates with mobile operators the concepts, goals and main stages of the project;
4. Implements products, according to agreements with mobile operators, and also optimizes the products based on their requirements;
5. Participates in the creation of new product features;
6. Improves the Unifun products functionality and performance;
7. Is engaged in the constant increase the revenue of the launched services;
8. Sets tasks for the IT and marketing departments, and monitors their implementation;
9. Monitors and provides support of running projects;
10. Maintains and prepares project documentation (product description, functional description, business case, project plan, test case, etc.);
11. Controls the reports and revenues of the launched projects.
