Interactive Voice Advertising instead of no reply/unavailable tone in A1 Belarus

On October 9, 2023, A1 Belarus and Unifun jointly launched Voice+ platform.

The concept of Voice+ service presents the delivery of interactive, targeted advertising voice messages to a subscriber when he/she tries to call a subscriber who is unavailable or out of the network coverage area.

One of the key features of Voice+ is its interactivity, which significantly improves activation rates. Subscribers can easily activate promoted service in the same IVR session without breaking connection, by dialing the requested button.

Furthermore, Voice+ offers a wide range of targeting options, allowing customization of advertising messages for each subscriber individually. This personalization ensures that the most relevant advertisements reach the target subscriber at precisely the right time.

The promotional channel is available to all subscribers and is absolutely free. As a result all huge traffic of unavailable, or out of coverage calls in A1 is used for the benefit of subscribers and the Operator.
