- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
- Using internet search techniques and social networking sites (LinkedIn, Google, etc);
- Writing recruiting cold and follow-up emails;
- Scheduling initial calls and organizing interviews with selected candidates;
- Managing all the information in a professional database;
- Providing complete and accurate Status Reports by the specified date.
WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE THE FOLLOWING:
- Experience in using multiple sourcing channels to source candidates;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Fluency in English and Russian (written and spoken);
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Gathering and analyzing information skillfully.
