- Building a comprehensive strategic hiring plan, setting the strategy, and goals for effective recruitment;
- Analyzing and supervision of effective performance of a recruiting team, business processes optimization;
- Performing market analysis;
- Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
- Searching, selecting and interviewing candidates;
- Conducting regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATE THE FOLLOWING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of working experience in a senior recruiting position, preferably working as the Head of Recruiting;
- Intermediate level of English;
- Creativity in solving problems and generating innovative solutions;
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
